Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AgentProof ("the Service") is operated by DHU Labs. The Service evaluates business ideas, job roles, services, and processes against AI agent replaceability, providing analysis and scoring across multiple dimensions.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful business evaluation purposes. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the evaluation methodology, use automated tools to submit bulk evaluations without authorization, or share account credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit for evaluation (pitch decks, text descriptions, documents). DHU Labs retains rights to the evaluation methodology, scoring framework, and analysis output format. Evaluation results are provided for your use and may be shared at your discretion.

5. Payments and Credits

Evaluations require credits, which are purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

6. Disclaimers

Evaluations are analytical assessments, not investment advice, legal advice, or guarantees of business outcomes. Scores and verdicts reflect the evaluation methodology's assessment at the time of analysis and may change as AI capabilities evolve. DHU Labs is not liable for business decisions made based on evaluation results.

7. Data Processing

Submitted content is processed via the Anthropic Claude API for analysis. Content is sent to the API for evaluation and is not used for model training. When Confidential Mode is enabled, identifying details are stripped before API submission. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DHU Labs' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
